Payment Policy

On the company website, visitors choose tour, press BUY, enter passenger information, then checkout, customers will be transferred via payment gateway (Onepay), customers enter their own information. When successful payment will be sent to the confirmation page of H.I.S. SONG HAN VIETNAM TOURIST CO., LTD (H.I.S. Vietnam).

In case of cancellation / refund when buying online tours, will be refunded to customers via Onepay payment gateway (bank to the bank) does not perform cash refund.
